Finance Director Diane Pierce administers the city's financial affairs in accordance with the goals of the City Council, City Manager and in compliance with applicable laws and financial management principals, supervises the disbursements of all monies, auditing , financial reporting, internal controls, operating and capital budgeting, manage all fiscal systems, collects and records all revenues, assists in the preparation of the city budget, manages all investments, and provides centralized procurement services to all city departments. She prepares and distributes all monthly payroll and related reporting. Diane is also responsible for all accounting, asset and debt management functions for the City.
Diane served the city as Accounts Payable/Purchasing from 2019 until June 1, 2022 at which time she was promoted to Finance Director.
